- Store your shoes in the two felt pouches provided and store them in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place.
- If the shoe leather becomes wet, absorb excess liquid by dabbing gently with a soft cloth. Allow to dry at room temperature.

Most shoes available weren't giving us the support or comfort our feet needed.
So we re-imagined one from the ground up. Working with experts and 12 revisions later, the result: A cute, affordable loafer that will give you the softest step.

Made from buttery Mold-To-Your-Feet Leather, it's designed to fit like a glove. The soft material will literally 'cup' your feet so they stay very comfortable for long hours.

Exchanges and Returns

If something is not quite right you have 30 days from the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to send the items back.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
To return an item, simply contact us at returns@empressaustralia.com to request a return.
Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our international customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future!
