With a medium-high arch, this insole takes The Comfi Flats comfort to another level. Featuring the same extra cushion on the heel and ball of the feet as our Square toe insole, every step feels a lot more stable unlike normal flats which are flimsy and unsupportive.

Exchanges and Returns
For Empress returns and exchanges
If something is not quite right you have 30 days from the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to send the items back.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
To return an item, simply contact us at returns@empressaustralia.com to request a return.
Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our international customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future!
You can use the carrier of your choice to return.
