Exchanges and Returns
For Empress returns and exchanges
If something is not quite right you have 30 days from the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to send the items back.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
To return an item, simply contact us at returns@empressaustralia.com to request a return.
Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our domestic and international customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future!
You can use the carrier of your choice to return.
- When you purchase from our website, returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 15 days for the credit to show on your statement.

Do these shoes have warranty?
- Yes we have a 1-year warranty period on all manufacturing issues. If you're unsure if it's wear and tear or a manufacturing issue, contact us and we'll be more than happy to help!
What material is the Comfi Flat made from?
- The Comfi Flats are crafted from Nappa leather, these pieces are ethically sourced as byproducts of the food industry, thus preventing waste by repurposing what would otherwise be discarded.
Do these shoes fit wide feet?
- Yes they are suitable for wide width.
Are the insoles removable?
- Yes our included Empress Cushion insole is removable
