- Clean leather with a soft, damp, preferably light-colored cloth, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.
- Store your shoes in the two felt pouches provided and store them in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place.
- If the shoe leather becomes wet, absorb excess liquid by dabbing gently with a soft cloth. Allow to dry at room temperature.

Most shoes available weren't giving us the support or comfort our feet needed. We constantly had sore spots or aching arches by the end of the day.
So we re-imagined one from the ground up. Working with experts and designers, the result: The comfiest, elegant flat for all day walking.

The secret lies in the soles. Our pending EMPRESS CUSHION evens out the pressure across your whole foot. Meaning you will feel great even after 12 hours of travelling.
Made from the softest Nappa leather, Empress are designed to fit like a glove. The soft material will literally 'cup' your feet and are perfect for wide as well.

Exchanges and Returns
For Empress returns and exchanges
If something is not quite right you have 30 days from the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to send the items back.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
To return an item, simply contact us at returns@empressaustralia.com to request a return.
Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our international customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future!
You can use the carrier of your choice to return.
- When you purchase from our website, returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 15 days for the credit to show on your statement.
