Perfect shoes need perfect socks. That's where our 'Empress low socks' come in. Designed just for our flats, they are soft, silky and comfortable, thin cotton lace means they are very breathable so your feet don't sweat and yet are thick enough to stop your feet from chafing.
Strategically placed Anti-slip Silicone on the ankle cuff and bottoms of the sock mean that they will stay in place the whole day. No annoying slipping socks here.

Exchanges and Returns
For Empress returns and exchanges
If something is not quite right you have 30 days from the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to send the items back.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
To return an item, simply contact us at returns@empressaustralia.com to request a return.
Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our international customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future!
You can use the carrier of your choice to return.
