We love walking and travelling, but found that most shoes on the market didn't offer the support or comfort our feet needed, often leaving us with sore spots or achy arches by the end of the day.
So we decided to completely redesign a shoe. Collaborating with experts and designers, the result. A cute traveling mary jane with the most comfortable step.

The secret is in the shape. Our 'square toe' is shaped to align with the natural contours of your foot, meaning you will feel relaxed all day.
We also added our EMPRESS CUSHION arch support insole for the plushest walks.

Exchanges and Returns
For Empress returns and exchanges
If something is not quite right you have 30 days from the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to send the items back.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
To return an item, simply contact us at returns@empressaustralia.com to request a return.
Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our international customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future!
