Most shoes available weren't giving us the support or comfort our feet needed. We constantly had sore spots or aching arches by the end of the day.
So we reimagined one from the ground up. Working with renowned Podiatrists and exactly 410 hours and 15 revisions later, the result: A cute, affordable shoe that will give you the softest step.
The secret lies in the soles. Our patent-pending BORA Sole evens out the pressure across your whole foot, meaning your toes will feel great thoughout the day and your ankles won't be sore.

- Store your shoes in the two felt pouches provided and store them in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place.
- If the shoe leather becomes wet, absorb excess liquid by dabbing gently with a soft cloth. Allow to dry at room temperature.

Exchanges and Returns
For Empress returns and exchanges
If something is not quite right you have 30 days from the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to send the items back.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
To return an item, simply contact us at returns@empressaustralia.com to request a return.
Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our domestic and international customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future!
You can use the carrier of your choice to return.
- When you purchase from our website, returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 15 days for the credit to show on your statement.

- Yes we have a 1-year warranty period on all manufacturing issues. If you're unsure if it's wear and tear or a manufacturing issue, contact us and we'll be more than happy to help!
Can I use Orthotics with Classics?
- Yes definitely. Please choose one size up for orthotics.
What material is Classics made from?
- The Classics are made from sustainable leather that is a byproduct from the food industry. It would otherwise be thrown away.
