We love sandals and heels, but couldn’t find any that offered the support or comfort our feet needed, often having to take them off after just a few hours.
So we decided to completely redesign the sandal. Collaborating with experts and designers, the result. An elegant all-day sandal with the softest step.

Exchanges and Returns

If something is not quite right you have 30 days from the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to send the items back.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
To return an item, simply contact us at returns@empressaustralia.com to request a return.
Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our international customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future!
